ORDER GUIDELINES
QUOTE:
Our minimum is 12 pc per style for Custom Printing and Contract Printing. There are no minimums for DTG and Embroidery. 
PAYMENTS: 
All orders must be paid in FULL. If payment has not been made the order will NOT be processed. COD and Major credit cards visa, Mastercard, discover, Personal and company Checkes are accepted.
RUSH ORDERS:
Do You have a rush project?. Call or email us to find out if it is feasible (available). If approved, all order details including Pantone swatches, garment style, and size breakdown must be in-house. Additional charges apply.
ART FILE:
Artwork must be submitted in an illustrator or Photoshop format at least 300 dpi Actual size artwork is preferable. All lines and the text must be converted to outlines for illustrator files. Poor quality artwork may need to be recreated. Call us if unsure.
ON PRESS SAMPLE APPROVALS:
By request only!.

- We will provide a 15-30 min notification to let you know your sample is on its way for approval.

- Sample images will be provided by email only to keep it within the order trail.

- Approval must be received within 10 min. of email to allow for production to continue with minimal interruption.

- If approval is not received within 10 min. the job will be taken off press for production to continue and  the printed shirt will be billed at the sample.

SCREENS:
Screens are property of Anaya Prints. 
If you wish to do a reprint after the six months you will have to pay screen fees again. Change of size or placement it can be considered an additional screen and set up.
TURN AROUND TIME & DUE DATES
Turnaround is usually 7-10 business days unless quoted for certain date. On busy days turn around times are subject to change. Due dates are important to us. for a specific in hands date please let us know.
DAMAGES:
A standard 5% damage allowance for print errors by location. Anaya Prints is not responsible for any inconsistencies like mislabeled garments, color dye irregularities, sewing errors, rips, tears, or holes in the garments. Also, Please note that the industry standard is 1/4 ”tolerance and this will not be considered a misprint.
CANCELATIONS:
No cancellations will be accepted if order is in process.
Any costs incurred by Seller prior to acceptance of cancellation will be invoiced.
Changes to orders may require an extra cost.
PICK UP / SHIP:
As soon as the order is ready, customer will be notified. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees. Customer must inform us when placing the order if the order will be shipped to a specific location. Anaya Prints is not responsible for any pick up / delivery delays.
