SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a technique where a mesh is used to transfer ink onto a substrate. Plastisol is the most common ink used in commercial garment decoration. Good color opacity onto dark garments and clear graphic detail with, as the name suggests, a more plasticized texture. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design.

Water base Discharge Prints
Water base Discharge inks work best on 100% cotton garments. It is difficult to match a Pantone color swatch with Discharge ink, although we can get closer, some shirts will not discharge out as well as others. Anaya Prints will not be responsible for minor inconsistencies found in printing and will not issue refunds for this service. If you prefer this printing method, it is likely that there will be a small percentage of screen color variations.
