USER AGREEMENT:

Terms of service: an agreement between you and Anaya Prints to enter and use this website and services.

Welcome to the Anaya Prints website and services.

We hope you enjoy your use of our facilities. Please appreciate and understand that this is a legal world and that you, by not immediately leaving this website now or immediately after reading our terms of service are accepting our services under the terms of this agreement.
It is your obligation to keep your self informed of any changes that may occur between visits, as using our services each time is under the condition that you accept all our terms and conditions. We may change our terms and conditions from time to time without expressly informing you.

CANCELATIONS:

No cancelations will be accepted if order is in process.
Any costs incurred by customer prior to acceptance of cancellation will be invoiced.

Changes to orders usually require an extra cost.

 

PRODUCT & COLORS:
Anaya Prints cannot guarantee exact shade, color, size, texture, consistency in quality or construction of finished goods as they vary from time to time. Exact duplication of colors is not always possible, but we will always attempt to match the colors as closely as possible.

 

TRADEMARKS:
Customer assumes complete responsibility for artwork and warrants that they have the right to use the marks, symbols, or designs depicted in the artwork and customer holds Anaya Prints harmless and will indemnify Anaya Prints for any and all claims resulting from printing, embroidery, direct to garment or other embellishments performed for the customer by Anaya Prints.

 

SHIPPING:
Many shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. Anaya Prints is not responsible for delays, lost goods or damages caused by the freight carrier. Shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed. If you have a hard deadline or in-hands date, please verify this at the beginning of the order process by calling (575) 244-0271.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In no event shall Anaya Prints be liable to customer for any amount greater that the amount paid to Anaya Prints to provide goods or services. All transactions are subject to and governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
